Here's one of Grayson's swings from our pre-season get together!

I absolutely love this swing.  It exhibits nearly everything we look for in a good swing, specifically:

1) Load - bat NOT moving forward during stride 

2) Stride - straight ahead with open foot

3) Lead with hips (not back elbow)

4) Bat position in the "slot" - close to back shoulder

4) 90 elbow at contact

I'm most impressed with his stride (how he moves forward to the ball, but then stays back once he starts rotating his hips),  how close he keeps his bat to his shoulder through the slot, and how he keeps his back elbow behind him his contact position!!

Parents, this is a great video for  your kids to watch over and over again!!  Way to go Grayson!!
